The Outer Banks Beach Club is a vacation rental facility located at Milepost 9 –Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina. Originally established as a time-share complex in 1984, they now participate in time-share rentals, along with sales.
Units are one and three bedroom villas that sleep four or eight and are located Oceanfront or Oceanside. Amenities on site consist of an indoor and outdoor pool, tennis courts, a fishing pier, and shuffleboard courts. Bar-b-queue grills are provided for residents use, and a playground for children. A recreation department holds bingo games, provides organized card and game nights, or can be rented for private parties. A laundry is provided for residents use and elevators are provided for use to residents of the Oceanfront units.
Nearby you will find shopping, retail and grocery, restaurants and golf courses. No Pets are allowed to rental residents.
Pricing is as follows: One Bedroom, $500 to $1050; Two Bedroom, $900 to $1700; Three bedrooms, $1200 to $2050; Four Bedroom, $1200 to $1600 – per week during the mid-June to late-August season.
